With this update, Microsoft has added support for File Sharing.

Did you pick up the call successfully when use SFB Mac client calls to SFB windows client? Please check if the issue appeared between windows client. Since it is working fine between SFB Mac client, there seems nothing wrong with the configuration for response group in SFB server side.

For your issue, please try to delete your SFB cache files on SFB Mac client and at the same time make sure your SFB client with the latest update. If you have feedback for TechNet Subscriber Support, contact. Hello Alice, Thank you for your reply. The issue appeared on the SfB Mac version 16.0.3639 running on OSX 10.11.6 or OS Sierra. The initial call to the response groups works properly - the SfB Mac client is taking the incoming call which provoke on the SfB client (Mac) two notification errors: 1- Call cannot be transfer and 2- Call could not be completed The Windows client is still in the response groups process waiting for someone to take his call. Between windows client it works. I also tried to delete the SfB cache files on Mac client - still the same issue.

Please check if this issue happen on all Mac device or just the specific one Mac? If you have firewall or anti-virus software on your client, try to disable them and test again.
